Privacy Policy

todo.music is run by Todo Creative LLC, a Colorado company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit todo.music, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect your email when you sign up or reach out, we use it to talk to you about music and shows, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you join the mailing list: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.

When you browse the site: basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which website sent you here, the type of device and browser you're using, and your approximate country (estimated from your browser's time zone). This comes from the analytics built into Lovable, the platform that hosts the site. It measures overall traffic, not individuals. It does not build a profile of you or follow you from one visit to the next.

We don't collect payment information, and we don't ask for sensitive information such as government IDs or health details. Please don't include anything like that in a contact message.

How we use it

• Mailing list: to send you news about new releases, upcoming events and related announcements.
• Contact form: to read and reply to your message, including booking and collaboration inquiries.
• Visit statistics: to understand which parts of the site people use, so we can improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who helps us run the site

A few service providers handle information for us, only so they can provide their service:

• Lovable hosts the site, stores contact form submissions and provides the visit statistics described above. Lovable processes this data on our behalf. You can read how Lovable handles data at lovable.dev/privacy.
• HubSpot stores the mailing list and sends our emails. When you sign up, your email address is kept in that service.

Some of these providers store or process data in the United States and other countries.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Links and embedded content

The site links to our social media profiles, streaming platforms and ticketing sites, and may show embedded music players or videos from services like Spotify, SoundCloud or YouTube. When you click through to one of those services or play an embedded player, that service may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We don't control what they collect, so check their policies if you have concerns.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site's hosting and analytics may use small amounts of browser storage to work properly and count visits. Embedded players and third-party sites you visit through our links may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop receiving our newsletter. You can also email us and we'll take you off the list.

How long we keep it

• Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then deleted when they're no longer useful.
• Visit statistics are kept in summary form by our analytics provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop sending you emails

Depending on where you live, such as California, Colorado, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to or limit how your information is used. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site or in an email.
